改进锁骨下静脉置管方法与传统方法的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:将改进的锁骨下静脉穿刺置管方法与传统方法比较,证明改进的置管方法优于传统方法。方法:传统组87例采用传统锁骨下静脉穿刺置管法,改进组88例采用改进的锁骨下静脉穿刺置管法,分别统计其成功率、置管时间、并发症发生率等几个重要参数。结果:传统组穿刺成功率87.6%,改进组成功率为97.7%(P<0.05);传统组操作时间平均为(89.28±6.96)s,改进组平均为(75.75±5.35)s。改进组的4项主要并发症总的发生率较传统组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:改进的锁骨下静脉穿刺置管操作与传统方法相比,定位更准确,置管时间短,且成功率高,并发症少。Objective To compare the improved subclavian vein puncturing catheter method with the traditional method,so as to prove the improved method is better than the traditional one.Methods Eighty-eight patients in improved group were performed the improved subclavian vein puncturing catheter method,while 87 cases in the control group were performed in the traditional way.Important parameters such as the success rate,the time of puncturing and the complications were studied.Results The success rate of traditional methods was 87.6%,while the improved methods was 97.7%（P0.05）.The average time of traditional methods was（89.28±6.96） s,while the improved way was（75.75±5.35） s.The overall incidence of improved methods four major complications was less than traditional one.Conclusion The improved subclavian vein puncturing catheter operation is more accurate and quick.It has higher success rate and less complications.
