摘 要:目的:探讨双能量减影技术在外伤性肋骨骨折诊断的价值。方法:对92例肋骨骨折患者行胸部DR双能量减影检查,每例患者分别获得3幅图像(1幅标准图像,1幅软组织像,1幅骨组织像),比较标准图像和骨组织图像对肋骨不同节段骨折的显示率。结果:92例患者共发现224处肋骨骨折,标准胸片对肋骨后段、腋段和前段骨折的显示率分别为94.1%、82.7%和92.3%,总的显示率为88.4%;而骨组织像对各段肋骨骨折的显示率分别为97.1%、98.1%和100%,总的显示率为98.2%,χ2=224,P=0.000。结论:双能量减影技术能明显提高肋骨骨折的显示率,在肋骨骨折的诊断中有重要价值。Objective To investigate the value of dual-energy subtraction technique for traumatic rib fracture diagnosis.Methods 92 patients with rib fractures were checked by DR dual-energy subtraction technique.Every patient was given 3 images(a standard image,a soft tissue image,and a bone image),and the display rate of standard image to the image of the rib bone fractures at different segments were compared.Results 224 rib fractures were found in 92 patients.The rate of rib section for standard X-ray's chest was showed 94.1%,the rate of armpit segment was 82.7%,the rate of anterior segment is 92.3%,and the total rate of display was 88.4%.At the same time,the rate of bone tissue sections for rib fracture was showed 97.1%,98.1% and 100%,The total rate of display was 98.2%,χ2=224,P =0.000.Conclusion Dual energy subtraction technique can significantly improve the display rate of rib fracture,which has significant value of rib fractures in the diagnosis.
