薏苓祛痰散防治亚健康慢性疲劳综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察薏苓祛痰散对亚健康慢性疲劳综合征（chronic fatigue syndrome，CFS）的干预作用，探讨中医传统药膳作用机理。方法收集亚健康疲劳状态、中医辨证属于痰湿证的CFS者219例，给予薏苓祛痰散干预1个月，观察CFS者中医证候疗效率、亚健康状态疗效率、中医临床证候积分、亚健康状态量表积分等的变化。结果CFS者中医证候疗效为：临床痊愈7例（3．20％）、显效35例（15．98％）、有效171例（78．08％）、无效6例（2．74％），总有效率为97．26％。与干预前比较，CFS者临床证候积分肢体困重[（0．54±0．05）分]、痰多[（0．39±0．05）分]、食少纳呆[（0．17±0．04）分]、呕恶[（0．034-O，02）分]、手足麻木[（0.19±0．04）分]、头晕[（0．20±0．04）分]均有显著改善（JP〈0．01）。其中感到困倦欲睡[（0．10±0．03）分]、持续工作觉虚弱[（0．04±0．02）分]、肌肉无力[（0．06±0．02）分]、自觉虚弱[（0．03±0．02）分]、思想集中困难[（0．11±O．03）分]、不能清晰思考问题[（0．04±0．02）分]、运用正确的字词有困难[（0．03±0．02）分]、对习惯做的事失去信心[（0．12±0．03）分]，与健康对照组比较[分别为（0．88±0．02）分、（0．48±0．03）分、（0．63±0．03）分、（0．47±0．03）分、（0．53±0．03）分、（0．28±O．03）分、（0．16±0．02）分、（0．58±0．03）分]，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．01）。结论薏苓祛席韵对席湿型CFg有千而作用．Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the Yiling-Qutan Decoction on treating Sub-health and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 219 cases of Sub-health and belonging to dampness-phlegm syndrome and were collected and treated with Yiling-Qutan Decoction for 1 month. The effective rate of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and state of Sub-health, syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine and sub-health status score were observed. Results The effective rate of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine： 7 patients were cured, 35 cases were significantly effective, 171 cases were effective and 6 cases were unfi＇uitful. The improvement of syndrome score of and Sub-health status were also significantly better （P〈0.01）. Conclusion It was effective to treat sub-health with Yiling-Qutan Decoction.
