慢性阻塞性肺疾病痰瘀阻肺证大鼠模型的评价

摘　　要：目的:对已建立的慢性阻塞性肺疾病痰瘀阻肺证大鼠模型的可信性作出评价。方法:建立大鼠慢性阻塞性肺疾病痰瘀阻肺证模型,观察硝苯地平、芪白平肺胶囊对模型动物一般情况、肺功能、肺动脉压、右心肥厚指标和病理结果等的影响。结果:模型大鼠的一般情况、肺功能、肺动脉压、右心肥厚指标和病理结果等改变均符合慢阻肺痰瘀阻肺证的病理特点。芪白平肺胶囊可显著改善模型大鼠气虚痰阻血瘀状况,明显改善其肺功能,降低肺动脉高压及右心肥厚指标等。结论:用本实验方法建立慢性阻塞性肺疾病痰瘀阻肺证大鼠模型是可行的。Objective：Evaluate credibility of established rat model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm obstructing lung syndrome.Methods：Establish rat model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm obstructing lung syndrome,Observe the impact of Nifedipine,Qi Bai Pingfei capsule on General Situation of rat model,Lung function,Pulmonary arterial pressure,Right ventricular hypertrophy index and Pathology.Results：The change of General Situation of rat model,Lung function,Pulmonary arterial pressure,Right ventricular hypertrophy index and Pathology are all in line with pathological features of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm obstructing lung syndrome.Qi Bai Pingfei capsule can significantly improve the situation of qi deficiency and blood stagnancy of rat model,significantly improve the Lung function,lower pulmonary arterial pressure and right ventricular hypertrophy index.Conclusion：The experimental method can establish rat model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm obstructing lung syndrome.
