广痛消泡沫气雾剂止血抗炎作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究广痛消泡沫气雾剂的止血抗炎作用。方法:采用剪尾法观察出血时间及出血量,采用毛细玻璃管法观察凝血时间,抗炎作用研究则采用耳廓肿胀法。结果:剪尾实验中大剂量广痛消组出血时间及出血量与生理盐水组比较均差异显著(P<0.05),与蛇毒血凝酶相比无显著差异(P>0.05),中、小剂量与盐水无显著差异(P>0.05);毛细玻璃管法实验中各剂量广痛消凝血时间与盐水组无显著差异(P>0.05);耳廓肿胀实验中大剂量广痛消组耳廓肿胀度与盐水组和强的松组均有显著差异(P<0.05),中、小剂量组与盐水组无显著差异。结论:广痛消泡沫气雾剂有一定的止血、抗炎作用,且有量效关系,剂量越大,疗效越好。Objective：To study the haemostasis and anti-inflammatory efficacy of Guangtongxiao foam aerosol.Methods：We adopted tail-cutting method,capillary tube method and mice ear swelling test to study the haemostasis efficacy、procoagulant efficacy and anti-inflammatory efficacy of Guangtongxiao foam aerosol respectively.Results：In the tail-cutting experiment,the bleeding time and amount of bleeding of the large-dose team were both less than the saline team（P0.05）but had no significant differences with hemocoagulase team（P0.05）,and the medium and low-dose team both had no significant differences with saline team（P0.05）.The coagulation time of the large、medium and low-dose team all had no significant differences with saline team（P0.05）in the capillary tube experiment.In the mice ear swelling test,the ear swelling of the large-dose team were less than the saline team and prednisone team（P0.05）but the medium and low-dose team both had no significant differences with saline team（P0.05）.Conclusion： Guangtongxiao foam aerosol has haemostasis and anti-inflammatory efficacy,and there is a dose-effect relationship,the greater the dose,the better the efficacy.
