摘　　要：化瘀浊益肝肾思想是福建中医药大学附属泉州市中医院刘德桓教授根据中医理论,结合多年临床经验提出的治疗高血压病的中医治则。化瘀浊益肝肾,即化血瘀祛痰浊,补肝血益肾精。以化瘀浊益肝肾法组方的瘀浊清颗粒处方中诸药合并攻补兼施,寒热并用,升降有序,共奏活血化淤、祛痰化浊,调补肝肾之功效,使精气充,阴阳复,瘀浊祛,且现代药理研究表明方中诸药均含有治疗高血压病、冠心病、高脂血症等心脑血管疾病的有效成分,可作为治疗心脑血管疾病的有效方剂。化瘀浊益肝肾思想融合了痰瘀相关理论、血瘀理论、津血同源思想和肝肾同源思想,并把现代医学理论及药理研究有机地运用于处方用药中,体现了中医现代化的思想,具有理论上的创新意义,在实践中亦有应用价值。The Hua Yu Zhuo Yi Gan Shen thought is a therapeutical principle for hypertension disease,raised by Professor LIU De-huan in Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,on the basis of his rich knowledge and experienced clinical skills,according to traditional Chinese medicine theory.Hua Yu Zhuo Yi Gan Shen,namely removing blood stasis-turbid,and tonifying liver and kidney.The composing prescription of Yu Zhuo Qing Granule from the Hua Yu Zhuo Yi Gan Shen thought,with the reinforcement and elimination in combination,application of both cold and heat,and landing and taking off in an orderly manner,possesses the function of removing blood stasis-turbid and tonifying the liver and kidney.It can reinforce vital substances and recover Yin-Yang.The modern pharmacological researches show that the composing prescriptions contain effective components in the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular disease,such as hypertension,coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia.So Yu Zhuo Qing Granule is an effective prescription for cardio-cerebrovascular disease.The Hua Yu Zhuo Yi Gan Shen thought integrates the correlated theory of Phlegm and Stasis,Blood Stasis theory,Homogeny of Clear fluid and Blood thought and Homogeny of Liver and Kidney thought,and then the modern medical theory and pharmacological research are well applied to its prescriptions.This embodies the thought of TCM Modernization,and has innovation significance in theory and clinical value in practice.
