冠心宁治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察  

135 Angina Pectoris Cases of Coronary Heart Disease Treated with Guan Xin Ning

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾气、祛痰化瘀类中药配伍治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:治疗组采用冠心宁(鹿衔草、瓜蒌、丹参、枳实、川芎、西洋参等)治疗135例,对照组用消心痛、美托洛尔、阿司匹林、辛伐他汀治疗136例。结果:治疗组和对照组中医证侯疗效的有效率分别为88.88%和72.03%,有极显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组显著优于对照组。治疗后组间症状积分无显著性差异,治疗后组间心绞痛发作次数有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。提示:该方可明显改善心绞痛患临床症状、减少心绞痛发作次数。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese materia medica for invigorating the kidney and tonifing Qi and eliminating phlegm and dissipating stasis on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods：135 cases of treatment group were treated with GuanXinNing（composed with Pyrola,Trichosanthis,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Aurantii immaturus,Szechwan lovage rhizome,American ginseng ect.）,136 cases of control group were treated with Isosorbide dinitrate,Metoprolol,Aspirin and Simvastatin.Results：The effective rate of traditional Chinese medical symptom identification of treatment group and control group was 88.88% and 72.06% respectively,there were extremely significant differences between groups（P0.01）,The total effective rate of treatment group was remarkably superior to that of control group.There were no significant differences on integral calculus of syndrome between groups after treatment,there were significant differences on paroxysm frequency between groups after treatment（P0.05）,the effect on decreasing the paroxysm frequency of treatment group was superior to that of control group.Conclusion：This formula can obviously improve the clinical symptom and decrease the paroxysm frequency of angina pectoris.
