老年性痴呆的常见证候和证候要素的现代文献研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年性痴呆的证候分布特点和证候内部特征,分析老年性痴呆的常见证候和证候要素以及分布规律,为今后的证候规范研究提供依据。方法:对符合要求的老年性痴呆的文献中涉及的证候和证候要素进行规范,运用EXCEL进行频次统计。结果:老年性痴呆最常见的证候依次是髓海不足证、痰浊阻窍证、肝肾阴虚证、气滞血瘀证、脾肾阳虚证、瘀血内阻证、心脾两虚证、痰瘀阻窍证。证候要素中,病位为肾、肝、脾、心、脑;病性为气虚、血虚、阴虚、阳虚、精虚、痰、血瘀、气滞、热,频率在7%以上者依次为痰、血瘀、阴虚、精虚、气滞、阳虚、热。结论:老年性痴呆的发病主要在肾,与肝、脾、心、脑密切相关,病机属于本虚标实,以阴虚为本,痰,血瘀为标。本研究结果也提示,从证候要素入手对证候进行研究,能为中医证候的规范化起到积极的推动作用。Objective： To investigate the syndrome of senile dementia syndrome distribution and internal features of Alzheimer＇s common syndrome and syndrome elements and the distribution of the norm for the future to provide evidence of syndrome.Methods： To meet the requirements of Alzheimer＇s literature related to the syndrome and syndrome elements to regulate,the use of EXCEL for frequency statistics.Results： Elderly patients with dementia syndromes of the most common followed by marrow deficiencies card,Phlegm blocking orifices card,deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney yin,type of qi stagnation and blood stasis,asthenia of spleen and kidney yang syndrome,stagnation of blood stasis card,deficiency of heart and spleen syndrome,stagnation of phlegm-stasis card.Elements of the syndrome,disease location as kidney,liver,spleen,heart,brain;Disease of the deficiency,blood deficiency,yin,yang,essence true,phlegm,blood stasis,qi stagnation,heat,Frequency of more than 7% were sputum,blood stasis,deficiency,fine virtual stagnation of qi,yang,hot.Conclusion： The incidence of senile dementia,mainly in kidney,liver,spleen,heart,brain is closely related to pathogenesis is the root deficiency and branch excess standard to Yin-oriented,phlegm,blood stasis as the standard.Elements of the syndrome from the start check against climate study for the standardization of TCM has played a positive role.
