心力衰竭时动脉功能变化及坎离煎对其影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察心力衰竭患者动脉功能的变化及中药坎离煎干预对心衰时动脉功能的影响。方法:对门诊及住院心衰患者26例进行脉象仪描记脉象图(h5、h5/h1等)、超声测量前臂桡动脉血流介导的血管舒张功能(FMD)、辅以国际公认的动脉弹性指数(C1、C2)验证脉象仪客观性,并观察中药干预的影响。结果:坎离煎加载治疗后,心衰患者FMD(P<0.05)和动脉弹性指标(h5/h1,P<0.05)显著增加,其作用优于单纯西药治疗组。结论:中药坎离煎有改善心衰动脉功能的作用。Objectives：The aim of this study was to examine the artery elastic function in patients with congestive heart failure（CHF） and to observe the therapy influence of Kanlijian.Methods：There were 26 patients with CHF enrolled in the study.We measured their artery compliance with a pulse sensor which could automatically show the data of the elastic function and the endothelium function including flow-mediated dilatation（FMD） and nitroglycerin-induced dilatation（GTN） with Ultrasonic.Some of the patients were given the alternative medicine of taking the herb prescription-Kanlijian with standard modern medical treatment at the same time,while the control group only west medicine.After 2 months of treatment,the indexes of pulse sensor and Ultrasonic were tested again.Results：After treatment FMD and the index of artery compliance（h5/h1） were significantly increased in patients taken Kanlijian,the controls didn＇t show obvious improvement.Conclusions： Kanlijian could help to improve the artery compliance and endothelium function.
