平喘固本汤对慢性阻塞性肺病患者肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究平喘固本汤对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病患者肺功能的影响。方法:60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期病人随机分成治疗组和对照组。所有参与患者于就诊前测定肺功能,包括用力肺活量(FVC),1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1),最大呼气流速(PEF)及FEV1/FVC指标。对照组予以基本治疗,基本治疗包括氧疗,异丙托溴胺气雾剂(爱全乐气雾剂)40μg,吸入,每8h1次,治疗组在基本治疗的基础上予以平喘固本汤治疗。2个月为1疗程,治疗1疗程。疗程结束后所有患者均测定肺功能。结果:治疗组治疗后FVC,FEV1及FEV1/FVC指标较治疗前改善(P<0.05);与对照组比较亦有改善(P<0.05)。Objective：To learn about the influence of ＂Pingchuan Guben Decotion ＂ on pulmonary function in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods：60 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into treatment group（n=31 and control group（n=29）.Both groups were treated with the same essential treatments including oxygen therapy and Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol by inhalation.besides ＂ Pingchuan Guben Decotion ＂was given to the treatment group.The course of treatment was 2 months.The following indices between two groups were compared before and after treatment lung function.Results： After treatments,FVC%,FEV1% and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion： ＂Pingchuan Guben Decotion＂ may improve pulmonary ventilation function in patients with stable COPD.
