摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服联合次髎穴埋线内外合治直肠黏膜内脱垂型出口梗阻型便秘的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的50例门诊患者作为观察对象,予中药内服联合次髎穴埋线治疗,疗程1月,随访3月,进行疗效比较。结果:治疗前与治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月比较,各项观察指标有显著差异。治疗后1个月与3个月疗效比较无显著差异。结论:中药内服联合次髎穴埋线内外合治对轻中度直肠黏膜内脱垂型便秘有效,不但能改善临床症状,而且能使直肠黏膜内脱垂程度减轻或消失,且疗效巩固,易被患者接受。Objective：Observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese Traditional Medicine Combined with ＂CiliaoPoin＂ acupoint catgut embedding therapy Internal-external therapy in treating with intemal rectal prolapse outlet obstruction constipation.Methods： To select 50 cases which conform to the standards as the observation object,grant the Chinese Traditional Medicine combined with ＂CiliaoPoin＂ acupoint catgut embedding therapy with a course in 1 month,follow-up of 3 months,then compared clinical efficacy.Results： All the observation index have significantly improved compared with baseline in the two groups at 1 month and 3 months.There were no significant diferenees between 1 month and 3 months.Conclusion：Chinese Traditional Medicine combined with ＂CiliaoPoin ＂ acupoint catgut embedding therapy Internal-external therapy have good Curative effect in treating with mild-to-moderate fits intemal rectal prolapse outlet obstruction constipation,not only can improve the clinical symptoms,but also can make the rectum intemal rectal prolapse extent lighter or disappeared,and the effect is consolidated;patients were susceptible accepted.
