对45例恶性肿瘤患者精神抑郁状态进行中医药及心理干预的初步临床研究

摘　　要：目的:旨在客观评价中药配合中医心理干预方案在改善肿瘤患者心理状态、提高生活质量等方面的临床疗效,并试图为完善恶性肿瘤综合治疗,并形成初步的规范化心理治疗方案提供临床依据。方法:在前期调查的基础上随机选择患有抑郁的恶性肿瘤患者中86例分为45人治疗组和41人对照组。对照组采用常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上,增加解毒疏肝中药方并配合心理干预疗法。全部病例均连续治疗1个月为1个治疗周期。每组分别观察治疗1个周期。比较治疗前后两组患者社会支持量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分状况。结果:中医药及心理干预方案对于改善肿瘤患者的社会支持评分、SAS评分及SDS方面较对照组均有统计学意义。结论:以调畅情志为主的中医药及心理干预治疗可以作为肿瘤综合治疗的一部分,对提高肿瘤患者生活信心,改善精神抑郁或者焦虑方面大有裨益。Objective：To evaluate clinical curative effect of the patients with tumors with the Chinese medicine and psychological intervention in improving the psychological status and treated the quality of life and other aspects.Trying to provide clinical evidence for perfecting the malignant tumor comprehensive treatment and form the preliminary standardization psychological treatment plan.Method：Randomly selected 86 patients suffering from depression among cancer patients,and divided them into two groups,45 patients in the treatment group,41 patients in the control group.Control group were treated with conventional therapy.Treatment group were treated with Jiedu Shugan Formula,psychological intervention and conventional therapy.All patients were treated for one month as a treatment cycle and observed a cycle.Then,compared the score of social support scale,self rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS） before and after treatment of the two groups.Results：Compared with the control group,the treatment group in improving the rate of the social support for cancer patient,SAS score and the SDS were statistically significant.Conclusion：The treatment of Chinese medicine and modern psychological intervention can be used as part of a comprehensive treatment for tumor,this is beneficial to improve the life confidence and improve patients with cancer in mental depression or anxiety.
