摘　　要：日本政府重视物流的发展并采取一系列的措施,经过50年的努力,取得了举世瞩目的成就。从日本的发展中借鉴有益的经验,采取适当的方法,可以促进我国物流的发展。政府在物流发展过程中需要扮演主体的角色,在法律政策的制定,市场环境的营造等方面发挥自己的作用。Japanese government attaches importance to the development of the logistics and takes a series of measures.After 50 years＇ efforts, it has made remarkable achievements. The Chinese government could learn useful experience from Japan＇s development, take the appropriate approaches to promote the development of logistics. Government needs to play the main role in the development of logistics. The government should play its own role in the making of legal policy and the creation of market.
