摘　　要：随着水电厂自动化水平的提高、行方式的改变,从广义上对现场产生的实时报警信息如何进行发布提出了新的要求。文章从水电厂全自动化运行管理和使用的角度出发,建立一套相对独立,又与监控系统密切关联的综合自动化报警系统;提出了该系统在水电厂中所处的位置、系统结构和主要功能;强调了自动报警系统在今后水电厂运行管理和设备维护中所起的枢纽作用。With the improvement of hydropower plant automation level and change of operating mode, a new requirement for real-time alerts publishing is proposed. From the view point of automatic operation and management of hydropower plant, the paper describes the establishment of an integrated automatic alarm system, which is not only relatively independent but also closely associated with the monitoring system, proposes its position in plant, system architecture and main functions, emphasizes this system＇s hub role in the operation and management of hydropower plants and equipment maintenance in the future.
