高等教育制度变迁视野中的中外合作办学研究

摘　　要：从制度变迁的视角考量中外合作办学对中国高等教育制度的作用可以看到,中外合作办学在促成高等教育市场竞争和树立高等教育制度典范的双重意义上具有影响中国高等教育制度变迁的潜力,但中外合作办学所体现出来的"移植式课程"、"半截子留学"、教学单一定位、对合作双方的高度依赖使其还不能完全发挥影响作用。未来中外合作办学发展前景在很大程度上取决于国家政策和合作双方对办学的定位。To investigate the functional meanings of the Chinese-foreign cooperation of school running in the perspective of higher education institutional transformation, it is found out that the Chinese-foreign cooperation of school running can influence the Chinese higher education by triggering the competition of higher education market and being the model of higher education institutions. However, ＂the transplanted course＂, ＂half way studying aboard＂, teaching function focus and mutual high reliant on both cooperative partners are impeding the effect of the Chinese-foreign cooperation of school running. The developmental prospect of Chinese-foreign cooperation of school running largely depends on the national policy and the orientations of both of the cooperative sides.
