摘　　要：本文应用Innography系统,采用专利地图技术,从多个角度较全面地剖析了国际海上风电技术专利的状况与竞争态势,经过对数据的客观分析得出了研究结论,并为我国相关企业的技术研发和自主创新提出了相应的专利对策与建议。This paper analyzed the international patents comprehensively for the conditions and competitive situation of offshore wind power technology through patented mapping by the tool of Innography system,gained the objective conclusions after an analysis of data drawn,and gave the suggestions for the relevant enterprises in China for the R D and innovation.
