摘　　要：应用PIAS软件检索国家知识产权局网站的中国专利数据库,获得中国海上风电技术专利数据。以定量、定性方法从多个角度较全面地剖析了中国海上风电技术专利的状况与竞争态势,对我国专利权人和国外主要竞争者在华专利状况进行了较详细的比较分析,得出研究结论并为我国海上风电的技术自主创新提出了有针对性专利对策与建议。Retrieving chinese patents on offshore wind power technology from chinese patent database of SIPO,gain the data by the tool of PIAS.Doing an analysis on status and competitive situation of offshore wind technology patents in China,and a more detailed comparative analysis between chinese applicants and main foreign competitors were put forward,it proposed a targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the native innovation on offshore wind power technology.
