摘　　要：本文以用户为中心原则,构建了一套查新机构质量评价指标体系。并对所构建的评价指标体系进行了信度评价和结构效度分析,优化了各二级指标所占分值权重,增强了评价体系的科学性和公正性。The indicators system of quality evaluation in novelty search institutions based on the user-centered was established.And analysed the reliability and structural validity the indicators system,optimized score of the second share of the weight indicator,enhance scientific and impartiality of the indicators system.
