摘　　要：随着信息时代的来临,电子政务已成为我国政府推进管理体制转变,加快服务型政府建设的重要手段和方式,而电子政务建设的关键环节和重要目标是实现政务信息资源共享。本文通过对电子政务信息资源共享内涵介绍,论述了信息资源共享对深化我国土地问责制的作用,并着重提出了我国土地问责制创新的具体办法和措施。With entering to the information age,e-administration has been an important measure to accelerate the reform of administrative system and construct the service-oriented government,but the sharing of e-administration information resource is the critical link and important aim in the construction of e-administration.The paper introduced the connotation of e-administration information resource sharing,proposed the functions that information resource deepen this administrative accountability system,put forward the measures and strategies of this institutional innovation under e-administration information resource sharing.
