摘　　要：介绍了法律类、计算机类、哲学类3个核心书目测定的方法,针对上述核心书目测定中入选标准随意、所占比例差距过大和总量过高的问题,基于帕累托原则和引文分析法,利用中国知网的中国引文数据库自1979年以来的引文数据进行统计,综合考虑引文时滞问题,构建食品工业类核心书目。The paper first described the method currently used for determination of the core bibliography on three categories of books,namely,the legal,the computer science,and philosophy.In view of the existent problems of arbitrary inclusion criteria,too large a proportion of the books included,and too great a total number of books included,the paper,by applying the Pareto principle and the citation analysis,constructed the core bibliography on the food industry using the Chinese Citation Database of the CNKI since 1979 and with a consideration of delay issue citations.
