摘 要:采用理论模型分析和实验方法,研究喷吹压力、诱导流量与诱导距离三者的相互变化对滤筒清灰效果的影响。结果表明:在其他参数不变的条件下,任一断面诱导气流量与诱导距离成正比,断面平均流速与诱导距离成反比,滤筒清灰效果取决于二者相互作用的结果;实验验证了在诱导距离为150 mm时,6 mm超音速喷嘴形成的脉冲诱导气流对滤筒的侧壁压力峰值大约为4mm喷嘴的2~3倍。The influence of mutual change among injection pressure,induced flow and induced distance upon filter shell dust cleaning effect was studied by adopt theoretical model analysis and experimental method.The result indicated,on the condition of other parameters remained unchanged,induced air flow of any section was proportional to induced distance,average flow velocity of section was inversely proportional to induced distance,filter shell dust cleaning effect depended on the result of interaction between them;test verified lateral pressure peak value of filter shell from pulse induced flow formed by 6 mm supersonic nozzle was about 2~3 times than 4 mm nozzle when the induced distance was 150 mm.
