摘　　要：科技期刊编辑部作为科技论文出版的主要关口,应在编辑出版环节做好学术失论文的防范工作。利用现代化手段做好科技论文查重,严格执行同行专家审稿制度,不断提高编辑自身素养,从源头上做好防范学术失范行为。As the main pass of publishing science ＆ technology theses, the newsroom of science ＆ technology journals should try to prevent academic thesis misconduct in the course of editing and publishing. This paper discusses how to carry out thesis duplicate checking using modern techniques, how to strictly implement the peer review system, how to continuously improve the quality of editors, and, therefore, makes efforts to prevent academic misconduct from the source.
