摘　　要：目的:探讨促性腺激素释放激素类似物治疗女童特发性中枢性性早熟临床效果。方法:选择特发性中枢性性早熟女童25例,给予促性腺激素释放激素类似物治疗。观察本组患者治疗前后身高、体重、骨龄、性征改变情况;测定治疗前后FSH峰值和LH峰值。结果:治疗后身高、体重、体重指数、骨龄/年龄、预测成年身高与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗子宫容积、卵巢容积、LH峰值、FSH峰值与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:促性腺激素释放激素类似物能够抑制女童特发性中枢性性早熟,有助于改善患儿最终成人身高,临床效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of gonadotropin releasing hormone analogues on idiopathic central precocious puberty in girls.Method Total 25 girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty were selected,and gonadotropin releasing hormone analogues was given to them.Height,weight,bone age,sexual characteristics were observed before and after treatment.Peak of FSH and LH was detected before and after treatment.Results The height,weight,body mass index,bone age/age,predicted adult height compared with those before treatment,there was statistical difference（P0.05）;uterus and ovary volume,peak of FSH and LH compared with those before treatment,there was statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Gonadotropin releasing hormone analogues can inhibit idiopathic central precocious puberty in girls and improve the final height,the clinical efficacy is significant.
