提高农民工思想政治工作实效性的探讨

摘　　要：我国农民工思想政治教育效果并不理想,其原因主要是城市相关部门和用工单位认识不到位、管理不到位、教育覆盖缺位、教育内容空位以及农民工自身等因素。因此城市有关部门和用工单位应提高思想认识、健全管理体制、挖掘教育资源,创新教育体系,提高农民工思想政治工作的实效性。The ideological and political work status of peasant workers is not satisfactory at present. Based on the inves- tigation in Wenzhou, the main causes are incorrect understanding of related government department and employment units, inappropriate administration, incomplete covering of education, void content of education, and the self factors of peasant workers. Then the countermeasures are provided to optimize the effectiveness of ideological and political work that the related government department and employment units should improve their ideological understanding, form per- fect management system, explore education resources and innovate education system.
