摘 要:关于贾谊是否为《春秋左氏传》的传授人,历来有两种对立的观点。本文在对贾谊及《春秋左氏传》的思想进行分析后认为:贾谊主张兴礼乐,实行儒家常规的礼乐教化,以渐进的方式移风易俗。贾谊主礼,特别迷信古礼,有偏向礼的形式而忽视礼的内容——仁的倾向,然礼一旦失去仁的内容就与法没有什么区别了,这就导致贾谊的思想有复古倒退和实行法治的倾向。由此可见,贾谊之思想与《春秋左氏传》之思想是具有一致性的。There have always been two opposing views on whether Jia-yi was a transmitter of Chun-qiu-zuo--shi-zhuan. After analysis of thoughts of Lu-jia and Chun--qiu-zuo--shi-zhuan this paper reached a conclusion, that is, Jia-yi proposed that courtesy and music be advocated, through which social convention be gradually changed. Jia-yi emphasized courtesy, especially worshipped ancient courtesy, which was an exhibition of the deflection of emphasizing the form of courtesy. In case courtesy lose the content of humanity, courtesy equate criminal law. So the thought of Jia-yi had a tendency of retrogression and monoeraey. Therefore there is the identity of thoughts of Jia-yi and Chun-qiu-zuo-shi-zhuan.
