中药配合针刺治疗海洛因依赖戒断综合征133例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药配合针刺治疗海洛因依赖戒断综合征治疗效果。方法:B组65例用排毒养生胶囊配合针刺治疗,A组68例单用排毒养生胶囊治疗。采用阿片类依赖戒断综合征量表(OWS)进行临床脱毒疗效评定。结果:12天临床脱毒结果显示,两组临床脱毒率均为100%,但临床脱毒达标时间A组为d6、B组为d4,B组达到临床脱毒标准时间比A组提前。B组厌食、失眠、烦躁等症状控制效果优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:排毒养生胶囊配合针刺治疗海洛因依赖戒断综合征疗效良好。Objective ：to understand Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture detoxification therapy on the clinical syndrome of heroin dependence treatment. Methods ： The traditional Chinese medicine detoxification health detoxification capsules and health capsule combined with acupuncture on the treatment of heroin withdrawal syndrome effect. Use of opioid withdrawal syndrome scale （OWS） assessment of clinical efficacy of detoxification. Results：One capsule with a detoxification regimen group （A group） 68 cases,detoxification health capsule ＋ acupuncture treatment group （B group） 65 cases of virus -free 12 -day clinical results ：The two groups were 100 clinical detoxification %, there were no differences, but the standard observation time of clinical detoxification, A group d6, B group, d4, said B group met the clinical criteria virus -free ahead of time than the A group;part of the withdrawal symptoms of OWS scores parallel comparison, B Group anorexia, insomnia, irritability and other symptoms is better than A control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The results showed that capsule combined with acupuncture detoxification health detoxification of heroin clinical efficacy of good, and further explore the potential.
