奇静脉弓在胸部X线平片中的影像表现

摘　　要：目的探讨奇静脉弓的X线平片表现。方法分析20例误诊病例奇静脉弓X线平片表现及CT对照。结果 20例X线平片均发现胸4椎体下缘右旁区域见一直径数毫米到15 mm的结节状或椭圆形密度增高影,误为病变,CT证实为奇静脉弓。站立位者奇静脉弓直径较卧位者小,CT测得值比平片测值小。结论在X线平片上奇静脉弓表现为胸4椎体下缘右旁区域直径数毫米到15 mm左右小结节状或椭圆形密度增高影,左缘与气管右侧壁相邻,下缘右主支气管上壁相邻,右缘紧邻纵隔胸膜,对周围组织不产生压迫、推移或侵蚀破坏征象,不要误诊为病变。Objective To discuss arch of vein azygos in the chest X - ray film images shown. Methods To analyse 20 cases of misdiagnosed cases of arch of azygos vein performance X - ray and CT imaging. Results 20 cases of X - ray chest 4 were found right next to the lower edge of the vertebral body region saw a diameter of few millimeters to 15 mm nodular or oval -shaped high density shadow, mistaken for lesions, CT confirmed the Archof azygos vein arch and standing by azygos smaller diameter than those who bow lying, CT values than the measured value of X - ray imaging side of the small. Conclusion On the X - ray chest showed archof azygos vein arch the lower edge of the right side 4 vertebral region around few millimeters to 15 mm diameter, small nodular or oval - shaped high density shadow, the left edge of the right side of the wall adjacent to the trachea, right main bronchus on the lower edge wall adjacent to the right edge of the adjacent mediastinal pleura, the surrounding tissue does not produce pressure, signs such as erosion and damage over time or not mistaken for lesions.
