摘　　要：独立学院的产生和发展,是我国高等教育办学体制的一次大胆改革创新。本文论述了独立学院的产生及发展,在分析产权不清、管理不善、专业设置缺乏特色和教师水平参差不齐等主要问题的基础上,为促进独立学院的可持续发展提出了相应的对策。The birth and development of independent colleges is a bold and creative reform in Chinese higher education system.On the basis of analyzing the problems of the unclearness of property rights,mismanagement,lack of professional characteristics and teacher＇s uneven levels,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies for the sustainable development of independent colleges.
