摘　　要：介绍了新疆地震台网测震资费管理信息系统开发的背景,分析了系统的架构与设计方案,及对各功能模块进行了详细的描述,然后阐述了该系统的实现方案并将其加以应用。实践表明,该系统提高了工作效率,达到了预期目标。The development background of management information system about salary-costs of the Xinjiang seismic network is introduced in the paper,and the system structure and design are analyzed,and the various functional modules and their applications are described in detail.The practical results show that the system improved efficiency to achieve the expected goals.
