不同产地雷公藤药材中总二萜内酯含量的测定

摘　　要：目的:比较不同产地雷公藤药材中总二萜内酯的含量。方法:采用Kedde显色法,在550 nm波长处进行总二萜内酯的含量测定。结果:比色法测定雷公藤总二萜内酯(以雷公藤甲素计)在7.8μg/mL～46.8μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 5,平均加样回收率为96.86%,RSD为2.40%(n=6);江西产雷公藤总二萜内酯含量最高。结论:不同产地的雷公藤药材中总二萜内酯的含量变化较大,在临床用药时应引起重视。Objective：To determine the content of total diterpene lactones in Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook.F.from different areas.Methods：A colorimetric method was performed to determine the content of tripterygium total diterpene lactones at 550 nm.Results：The calibration curves were linear in the ranges from 7.8 μg/mL to 46.8 μg/mL（r=0.9995） for total diterpene lactones（calculated as triptolide） with colorimetric method.The average recovery rate（n=6） was 96.86% with RSD as 2.40%.The content of total diterpene lactones in Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook.F.from Jiangxi province was the highest.Conclusion：The content of tripterygium total diterpene lactones in Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook.F.from different areas varies greatly,which should be taken into account in clinic.
