摘　　要：基于对河南省高校科技期刊社人才队伍现状的调研及期刊学术指标的统计结果,对河南省高校科技期刊进行了研究分析。提出了加快发展河南省高校科技期刊的针对性建议和对策,指出应该创新科技期刊文化,面向国际走向世界,加大投入稳定队伍,走内涵发展特色发展之路。The paper conducts an analysis and study of the sci-tech journals in Henan＇s universities based on research into the present situation of the team of qualified personnel in the field of sci-tech journals there as well as the statistical results academic indicators.It puts forward some relevant proposals and measures of accelerating the development of the sci-tech journals in Henan＇s universities and points out that the culture of scientific journals should be innovative,internationally oriented towards the world,investment should be increased to stabilize the team,internal capabilities and skilles should be improved in order to take a characteristic channel for development.
