摘 要:以膨润土为原料制备了聚硅酸硫酸铝(PASS)絮凝剂,考察了制备工艺对聚合硅酸铝铁絮凝剂絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,最佳制备工艺条件为硅铝物料比1∶1,聚合温度60℃,反应时间1h,聚合pH为4,老化时间24h。在PASS投加质量浓度为5g/L的情况下,制得的PASS絮凝剂对模拟废水的脱色和去浊能力达到57.1%和83.3%。Polyaluminium silicate sulfate (PASS) material. The composition and process parameters has been synthesized using bentonite as the raw for the synthesis of PASS have been optimized. It is found that Si/A1 molar ratio of 1, polymerization pH of 4, polymerization temperature of 60℃, reaction time of 1 h and aging time of 24 h give better coagulating efficiency for simulated wastewater treatment. PASS synthesized under optimum condition shows the largest percentages of decoloration and deturbidity were as high as 83.3 % and 57.1% respectively.
