摘  要:测量了Q345R板状试件拉伸并卸载后的表面磁场强度,研究了其磁记忆信号随拉伸应力σ的变化规律。结果表明,磁场强度(绝对值)先随外力的增大而减小,当外力大于160MPa时,磁场强度与初始磁场强度方向相反;加载至接近屈服极限时,磁场强度达到最大值,并随外力的继续增大而稍有降低。初始磁信号对拉伸试件表面磁信号的变化有很大的影响。The surface magnetic field intensity of Q345R plate specimen was measured after stretch and unloading, variation between the magnetic signal and tensile stress were studied. It was found that the magnetic field intensity first decreases with increasing the external tensile stress, and then changes into the opposite direction as the stress is greater than 160MPa; under yield stress, it reaches maximum, and then decreases slightly with further increasing stress. The initial magnetic signal has great impact on the variation of the magnetic field after elastic tension.
