摘  要:为了评价国内外电机用磁性槽楔产品的性能差异,在相同试验条件下对四种不同厂家的磁性槽楔样品进行了力学性能、磁性能和电性能的测试。根据试验结果分析,发现国内外产品在常温下均能达到较高的力学性能,但高温下的力学性能保持率国外产品优于国内产品;磁性能差别不大,但国外产品的电阻率明显高于国内产品。国内外产品的性能差异主要是由纤维增强树脂体系、磁粉体系及磁性槽楔加工方法不同所决定的。改善树脂体系、使用粒径较小且均匀的磁粉;采用高磁导率的磁粉体系,用无机物粉末或热固性树脂包覆磁粉颗粒;优化加工制备工艺,选择合适的成型条件等,都可提高磁性槽楔的性能。In order to evaluate magnetic slot wedge used in motors from domestic and abroad, mechanical strength, magnetic aod electric performance of four kinds of samples from different suppliers were tested under the same conditions. According to test results, all domestic and foreign samples could obtain high mechanical strength at room temperature. However, foreign samples could keep better mechanical strength than domestic samples at higher temperature. The electrical resistance of foreign samples is better than that of domestic ones while the magnetic performances of all samples are acceptable. The performance differences are mainly determined by fiber enforced resin system, magnetic powder system and fabrication methods. The performance improvement methods include better resin system utilization; fine, homogeneous, high permeability and inorganic or thermoset resin encapsulated .magnetic particles; suitable fabrication and processing conditions, etc.
