摘  要:为探讨不同水平铜对育成期水貂营养物质消化代谢的影响,试验以蛋氨酸螯合铜为铜源对6组86~146日龄雄性水貂基础日粮中添加不同水平的铜,采用全收粪尿法进行消化代谢试验。通过对脂肪代谢率、氮消化率、氮沉积率和氮生物学效价的测定,结果表明:基础日粮中铜添加量为239—249mg/kg时,可显著提高水貂氮和铜的消化率(P〈0.05),但对氮沉积率、氮生物学效价和脂肪代谢率均无显著影响(P〉0.05)。Effect of different Cu levels on digestion and metabolism of mink nutrition was studied experiment. The 86- 146 days male mink of 6 groups were fed with basal diet supplemented with different levels of met-Cu for 60 days. Digestion metabolism experiment was done by Charging of feces. Through testing EE metabolism, N digestive rate, N deposition and biological value of N, the result showed that N and Cu digestive rate could be improved significantly( P 〈 0.05) when 239 - 249 mg/kg Cu was added in basal diet. There was no obvious effect on N deposition, biological value of N and EE metabolism( P 〉 0.05).
