摘 要:为了提高兰州鲇鱼苗培育成活率,测量了其从出膜到20日龄的全长和口径,根据口径和饵料生物的大小推测其适口饵料。采用在不同池塘放养不同密度的兰州鲇水花,在池塘中固定网箱,在网箱中分别放养不同密度进行鱼苗培育试验,对不同培育方式对比分析。结果显示:兰州鲇鱼苗出膜后到20日龄适口饵料依次为枝角类、摇蚊幼虫、团头鱼方鱼苗、颤蚓、鲤鱼鱼苗、卤虫;在池塘培育中兰州鲇鱼苗放养密度越大,成活率越低,网箱培育成活率高于池塘。In this study, the total length and caliber of Silurus lanzhouensis Chen within the culture time from the larvae hatched out to 20 days old were measured for speculating fit food to further improve its survival rate. Silurus lanzhouensis Chen with different density were cultured in different pond with cage for seeding breading. The results indicated that the fit food of Silurus lanzhouensis Chen larvae within the culture time from the larvae hatched out to 20 days old was Cladocerans, Chironomid larvae, Megalobra- ma amblycephala Yih, tubificid worms as well as Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus larvae and Brine Shrimp. More importantly, survival rate of Silurus lanzhouensis Chen in cage was higher than that in pond, in which the survival rat declined with the increasing stocking density.
