摘 要:准确测量近本征反应速率和计算反应动力学参数是热化学工程和应用化学工程领域的重要研究问题。以热重为代表的传统热分析方法与仪器在非催化气固反应的测试与分析中得到了广泛应用,形成了许多典型的非等温反应分析方法与模型方程。本研究概述了现有热分析的方法原理及在气固反应分析中存在的缺陷,剖析了自主研发的利用微型流化床反应器强化反应传热与传质,实现气固快速混合与加热、低扩散抑制、微分化的近本征反应的思想。系统总结了基于该思想研制的微型流化床反应分析仪在分解、热解、燃烧(氧化)、还原、吸收等典型非催化气固反应中的应用特性,并展示了相应的等温动力学参数结果。It is critical to accurately measure the near-intrinsic reaction rate and calculate the reaction kinetics of gas-solid reactions for the thermochemistry research and applied engineering technology development.As thermogravimetric analysis/differential scanning calorimetry(TG/DSC),the traditional thermal analysis instruments have been widely applied to the analysis of non-catalytic gas solid reactions,resulting in various non-isothermal kinetic calculation methods reaction models.In this study,the determination principle was highlighted and the main shortcomings of the traditional thermal analysis in gas solid reactions were also discussed.This was succeeded by a detailed analysis of the principle and characteristics of the isothermal differential Micro Fluidized Bed Reaction Analyzer(MFBRA) indigenously developed by IPE,CAS.Measuring some typical gas-solid reactions including decomposition,pyrolysis,combustion,reduction and adsorption demonstrated that the MFBRA was distinctively featured with its enabled fast heating,low inhibition of gas diffusion,in-situ reaction and isothermal differential characteristics.The further development trends in thermal analysis approach and instrument,including the further work on MFBRA were discussed.
