资源富集区工业发展对农村经济的影响分析——以陕西省定边县为例

摘　　要：陕西省定边县拥有丰富的自然资源,是典型的资源富集地区,既具备工业实力强、土地资源丰富等优势,又存在生态较脆弱、贫富悬殊等劣势。在定边县通过提高工业产值以促进其农村经济的发展具有重要的意义。选取1978年以来的时间序列数据和2008年的截面数据,以农业总产值、农民人均纯收入、粮食总产量为农村经济度量指标,实证分析工业发展对农村经济的影响。结论表明:定边县工业总产值对地区的农村经济发展和农民收入增长具有促进作用,但是效果并不十分显著,并且农业在整个经济中的比重出现了大幅下降。Dingbian County of Shaanxi Province has abundant natural resources,it is typical resource-rich region,which not only possesses advantages of strong industrial strength and rich land resources,but also has weaknesses of relatively fragile ecology and wide gap between the rich and the poor.So promoting the development of its agricultural economy by raising the value of industrial outputs has important meanings in Dingbian County.In this research we selected time-series data since 1978 and cross-sectional data in 2008,using agricultural output and farmers per capita net income,total grain output as agricultural economy metric,analysed the impact on agricultural economy of the industrial development in real examples.The conclusion indicated that the total industrial output value of Dingbian County has facilitation to the agricultural economic development and peasant＇s growth in earnings,but the result was not very remarkable,and the agriculture proportion in the whole economy showed substantial decline.
