地下水在京津唐区域社会经济发展中的作用

摘　　要：正确认识地下水资源在区域发展中的重要作用,对于提高政府和公众对地下水资源的认知水平,实现地下水资源合理利用具有重要意义。文中通过地下水资源及其开发利用的现状和未来供需形势分析,详细阐述了地下水在京津唐区域社会经济发展中的重要作用,结果显示:地下水资源占京津唐地区总水资源的65%,地下水对总供水的贡献率可达62%;由于气候旱化,地表水资源的持续衰减,在南水北调供水前仍需超采地下水来维持区域社会经济的稳定发展;即使在南水北调供水的条件下,地下水对总供水的贡献率仍维持在30%～40%的水平,对区域社会经济发展具有不可替代的作用;地下水系统的调蓄功能将在京津唐地区未来社会经济发展中发挥积极作用。Well study on the role of groundwater resource in regional economic and social development is very important to improve the governmental and public apprehension on groundwater resource and to realize the reasonable development of groundwater resource.Based on the analysis of the present status of groundwater resource and its utilization and the future status of water supply and requirement in the Beijing-Tianjian-Tangshan area,the present work illustrated the groundwater＇s role in regional economic and social development.The result shows that 1） The proportion of groundwater resource in total water resources in the Beijing-Tianjian-Tangshan area is of 65%,and the contribution of groundwater to total water supply is about 62% under present station;2） Due to the climatic drought and surface water resource decreasing,there will has no alternative but to pumping more groundwater before the south-north water transfer to maintain regional economic and social development;3） Even after the south-north water transfer,the groundwater contribution to total water supply will be of 30%~40%;4） The underground reserve function can play a positive role in future economic and social development in the Beijing-Tianjian-Tangshan area.
