摘  要:目的探讨聚焦超声照射"足三里"穴位对正常兔痛阈的影响。方法将30只新西兰大白兔随机分为实验组和假照组,每组15只。实验组用频率0.5 MHz,功率2 W的聚焦超声照射兔左侧"足三里"穴位5 min,假照组照射方法相同,但不打开电源。分别于照射前,照射后2、4、6、8、10、12、14和16 min,用电子压力测痛仪进行痛阈测定。结果假照组照射后的痛阈值与基础痛阈相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。实验组在照射后6 min,痛阈值(94.57±51.84)g出现高峰(P<0.001);分别于14 min和16 min恢复至基础水平。在2、4、6、8、10和12 min,实验组的痛阈值均显著性高于假照组(P<0.05)。光镜观察实验组与假照组的皮肤组织图、肌肉组织图和坐骨神经组织图均无明显变化。结论聚焦超声照射"足三里"穴位可以提高正常兔的痛阈,并且是安全的。Objective To research the influence of normal rabbit's pain threshold after focused ultrasound radiation at ST36. Methods Thirty new zealand white rabbits were divided into experimental group and false radiation group completely randomized and equally. In experimental group, the rabbit left ST36 was radiated for five minutes with focused ultrasound when frequence was 0.5MHz and power was 2W and then detected the rabbits pain threshold at upper left ear with electron dolorimeter after the radiation 2min,4min,6min,8min,10min,12min,14min and 16min. In the false radiation group, all the conditions were same as the experimental group except shutting down the power. Results The pain threshold of sham control group after radiation and the basis pain threshold were not significantly different(P〈0.05). Experiment group appear a peak pain threshold (94.57±51.84)g (P〈0. 001). returned to base- line in 14 rain and 16min respectively. In 2 min, 4 min, 6 rain, 8 min, 10 min and 12 rain, the experimental group's pain threshold was significantly higher than that of sham control group (P〈 0.05). No damage observed by light microscopy. Conclusions The focused ultrasound radiation at ST36 of rabbits can safely set up the pain threshold.
