摘  要:目的初步探讨声触诊量化技术(VTQ)在腹部脏器的应用。方法选择健康志愿者53例,分别测量肝脏左外叶、右前叶、右后叶、胰、脾、肾皮质和肾锥体的VTQ值,每个部位测量5次,计算VTQ平均值,同时在肝右前叶改变入射声束角度,测量不同角度下VTQ值,探讨声束入射角度变化对VTQ值的影响。结果正常人群肝、胰、脾、肾皮质及肾锥体的VTQ值分别为(1.03±0.10)m/s、(0.90±0.11)m/s、(1.86±0.33)m/s、(3.46±0.38)m/s和(2.24±0.26)m/s。肝脏左外叶、右前叶及右后叶VTQ值分别为(1.17±0.11)m/s、(1.01±0.12)m/s和(1.04±0.10)m/s,左外叶与右前叶和右后叶VTQ值差异均有统计学意义。肝脏右前叶入射声束垂直肝包膜以及偏离垂直线27°时,VTQ值分别为(1.01±0.12)m/s和(1.19±0.25)m/s,二者差异具统计学意义。结论正常人群肝、胰、脾、肾皮质及肾锥体的VTQ值分别为(1.03±0.10)m/s、(0.90±0.11)m/s、(1.86±0.33)m/s、(3.46±0.38)m/s和(2.24±0.26)m/s,脏器运动和改变入射声束角度均可影响VTQ值的准确性。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the use of Virtual Touch tissue quantification (VTQ) in the abdominal organs. Methods Fifty three healthy volunteers underwent Virtual touch tissue quantification (VTQ). The left lateral lobe of liver, right anterior lobe and right posterior lobe of liver, pancreas, spleen, renal cortex and renal pyramids were examined. The values of wave-velocity were obtained. When we examined the right ante- rior lobe of liver, the angle of incidence sound beam was changed and the wave-velocity values were obtains. All the mean wave-velocity values were analysed and compared. Results The mean values of liver, pancreas, spleen, renal cortex and renal pyramids were (1.03 ± 0.10) m/s, (0.90 ± 0.11) m/s, (1.86± 0.33) m/s, (3.46±0.38) m/s and (2.24±0.26)m/s, respectively. The mean values of left lateral lobe of liver, right anterior lobe, right posterior lobe were (1.17±0.11)m/s.(1. 01±0.12 )m/s and (1.04±0.10)m/s. There was significant difference between mean values of left lateral lobe and right anterior lobe or right posterior lobe. When incidence sound beam was perpendicular to capsule of right anterior lobe of liver, the mean value was (1.01±0.12)m/s. When incidence sound beam was deviated from perpendicular line in 27°, the mean value was (1.19 ±0.25)m/s. There was significant difference between them. Conclusions Liver, pancreas, spleen, renal cortex and renal pyramids mean values were (1.03±0.10)m/s, (0.90±0. 11)m/s,(1.86±0.33)m/s,(3.46±0.38)m/s and(2.24±0.26)m/s, respectively. The organ moving and angle of the incidence sound beam changing can influence the wave-velocity values.
