喉癌组织中HuR基因和survivin基因的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨HuR基因和survivin基因在喉癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法对42例喉癌组织及36例正常的切缘喉黏膜组织中HuR基因和survivin基因的表达进行检测,分析两者的表达与临床病理参数的关系,以及两者之间的相关性。结果 HuR基因和survivin基因在喉癌组织中的阳性表达率均高于正常的切缘喉黏膜组织(<0.05);HuR基因和survivin基因的表达均与淋巴结转移无相关性(=0.024、0.057,>0.05),而均与T分期和临床分期有相关性(=0.339、0.375、0.294、0.302,<0.05)。此外HuR基因的表达还与喉癌细胞的病理分化程度有关(=0.323,<0.05)。喉癌组织中HuR基因与sur-vivin基因表达呈正相关(=0.526)。结论喉癌中HuR基因和survivin基因两者的表达均增高,两者的表达产物呈正相关。HuR基因的表达产物可能通过对survivin基因的表达进行调控促进喉癌的发生与发展。Objective To investigate expressions of HuR and survivin in laryngeal cancer and its clinical significance.MethodsThe expressions of HuR and survivin in 42 laryngeal cancer tissue and 36 negative surgical margin tissue samples were tested by immunohistochemical techniques.The correlation between expressions of both genes and clinical pathological parameters were analysed as well as correlation between them.ResultsThere were significantly higher expressions of HuR and survivin in laryngeal cancer tissues were significant higher than those of negative surgical margin tissue samples（P0.05）.There was no significant correlation between expressions of the two genes and metastasis of lymph nodes（r=0.024、0.057,P0.05）,while both of their expressions were correlated with T and clinical stages（r=0.339、0.375、0.294、0.302,P0.05）.Furthermore,the expression of HuR was correlated with pathological grades（r=0.323,P0.05）.There was positive correlation between expression of HuR and survivin（r=0.526,P0.05）.Conclusions Both HuR and survivin are overexpressed in laryngeal cancer tissue.Their expressions are positively correlated.The products of HuR expression may play an important role on the onset and progression of laryngeal cancer by regulating the expression of surviving.
