糖尿病患者对胰岛素治疗认识的误区及护理对策

摘　　要：目的了解糖尿病患者对胰岛素治疗认识的误区,以期为今后糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗的干预及相关知识的健康教育提供参考依据,并从护理角度提出有效的干预措施。方法选择上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院内分泌科2009年5-9月门诊及住院的糖尿病患者300例,以问卷形式调查患者对胰岛素治疗相关知识的认知情况。结果在胰岛素用药方面存在认识误区,如胰岛素治疗意味病情加重、会导致低血糖或上瘾等;对胰岛素治疗存在顾虑,如对注射的恐惧和担心注射部位感染等。结论护理人员应充分认识糖尿病患者对胰岛素治疗产生的顾虑,采取有效的护理干预对策,以消除患者对胰岛素治疗的认识误区,提高胰岛素治疗的依从性。Objective To investigate the diabetic patients＇ misunderstanding on insulin therapy so as to provide instructions for diabetes treatment and education and effective nursing intervention from nursing viewpoint.Methods From May to September 2009,300 inpatients and outpatients with in diabetes Xinhua Hospital were surveyed with questionnaires on their awareness of knowledge related to insulin therapy.Results Misunderstandings were common in diabetic patients with insulin therapy including the risks of aggravating illness,lowering blood sugar and drug addiction,which accounted for their concerns of insulin injection such as fear and injection-related infection.Conclusion Nursing staff should fully recognized the concerns related to insulin therapy in diabetic patients.Effective nursing interventions will help patients get rid of anxious feelings and improve the compliance of insulin application.
