摘  要:目的总结开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动的工作及体会。方法通过改变护理模式、增强服务意识、简化工作流程、明确工作标准及职责,达到夯实基础护理、提高工作效率的效果。2009年4-12月住院患者作为对照组,2010年4-12月住院患者作为实验组,比较两组患者的平均陪护率及患者的满意度。结果实验组病房的陪护率下降了13.2%,患者的满意度提高了10.8%,实验组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动有利于消除安全隐患及护理纠纷、提高患者的满意度和临床护理质量,体现护理人员的自身价值,值得大力弘扬及进一步推广。Objective To summarize the experience in implementing " demonstration project of high-quality nursing ".Methods By changing the nursing model,strengthening service awareness,simplifying the work procedures and determing the standards and duties,a solid nursing foundation was laid down and the work efficiency was improved.The hospitalized patients from April to December 2009 were chosen as a control group and those hospitalized patients from April to December 2010 were chosen as an experimental group.The average accompany rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The accompany rate of the experimented wards droped by 13.2% while the patient's satisfaction raised by 10.8%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The implementation of "demonstration project of high-quality nursing services" helps dispel the potential safety risks and nursing disputes,raise the patient's satisfaction and clinical nursing status,reflect the nursing staff's own value,thus it is worthwhile to advocate and further popularize it.
