摘  要:采用等离子体刻蚀、过氧乙酸氧化、过氧化氢酶控制深度以及丝光等4个步骤对羔羊毛进行仿山羊绒改性处理。为评价改性处理效果,借鉴日本风格计量与标准化研究委员会的研究成果,以光泽和手感为中心确定了一个综合指标,包括纤维的摩擦性能、拉伸性能和光泽值。对过氧乙酸处理步骤的溶液pH值、过氧乙酸浓度、处理时间和温度等4个因素进行优化设计。实验结果表明,羔羊毛在改性处理后,手感和光泽均有明显改善,尤其是滑糯度增幅较大。The properties of lamb wool are modified by four steps, plasma etching, peracetic acid oxidation, catalase control of the depth and mercerizing. To evaluate the effect of the modification, it was learned from the Japanese style of Measurement and Standardization Research Council research, and took the gloss and feeling as the center to determine a comprehensive index, including the fiber friction property, tensile property and luster. The four factors of the pH value of liquor, the consistency of peracetic acid, the handling time and the temperature were optimized. The result showed that the feeling and gloss were improved, especially the slippery waxy increased considerably.
