特细纯棉同向强捻股线纺制工艺研究

摘　　要：从原料选配、纺纱工艺参数确定、设备调整等方面开展研究,解决了CJ5.83 tex×2 ZZ同向强捻股线生产过程中的捻度不稳定、定捻效率低、纱线强力低及强力不匀等技术难题。单纱质量是纺出优质股线的基础,因强捻纱捻缩大,合股后强力不匀恶化,应适当降低各部件绕纱速度,严格清纱参数的调节标准。Raw material selection, spinning parameters determination and equipment readjustment in making this plied yarn have been studied to have stablized the twist, raised the twist efficiency and improved the yarn strength uneven in the production of CJ5.83tex x 2 ZZ strong twist plied yarn with same twist direction. It is necessary to properly lower the winding speed of various related components and well set the yarn clearing parameters since the quality of single yarn is the base of the plied yarn and the yarn strength becomes uneven after plied due to its strong twist.
