黏合工艺对针织面料服用性能的影响

摘　　要：通过实验对17种针织服装典型面料与黏合衬进行黏合,将复合物进行了拉伸强力、弹性回复、悬垂性和厚度等指标的测试,结果表明黏合工艺对针织面料的服用性能具有较好的提升效果,但使用时也应采取措施,尽量采用局部复合,而非整体铺覆,以避免对织物性能带来不良影响。Seventeen different kind of fabrics for knitted garment were bonded with fusible interlining, and the properties of the bonded complexes such as their tensile, drape property, wrinkle recovery and thickness were measured by experiments. The result shows that adhesion technology is of great effect on the improvement of the property of the knitted fabric, meanwhile fault effect ought to be avoided.
