多药耐药肺炎克雷伯菌抗菌制剂外排泵基因研究

摘　　要：目的了解多药耐药肺炎克雷伯菌(MDRKPN)抗菌制剂外排泵基因的存在状况。方法收集连云港市第二人民医院2008年11月-2009年10月住院患者标本中分离的多药耐药肺炎克雷伯菌20株,采用PCR法检测mdfAt、ehA、oqxA、qacE△1等4种抗菌制剂外排泵基因。结果 20株多药耐药肺炎克雷伯菌mdfA、tehA、oqxA和qacE△1基因检出阳性率分别为85.0%、15.0%、10.0%和95.0%。结论 MDRKPN抗菌制剂外排泵基因携带率较高,肺炎克雷伯菌多药耐药的表型可能与携带抗菌制剂外排泵基因相关。OBJECTIVE To understand the efflux pump gene to anti-bacterial preparations in Multi-drug Resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae（MDRKPN）.METHODS From Nov 2008 to Oct 2009,20 strains of MDRKPN isolated from clinical specimens from Second People′s Hospital of Lianyungang.We detected 4 kinds of antimicrobial-agents efflux pump genes by PCR method,including mdfA,tehA,oqxA and qacE△1.RESULTS In 20 strains of MDRKPN,17 strains（85.0%）,3 strains（15.0%）,2 strains（10.0%） and 19 strains（95.0%） were detected to carry mdfA,tehA,oqxA,qacE△1 respectively.CONCLUSIONS The positive rates of antimicrobial-agents efflux pump genes carrying on 20 strains of MDRKPN were high.And phenotype of multidrug-resistance may be involved in these efflux-pump genes.
