摘  要:目的分析蛋白芯片法检测柯萨奇B组病毒(CVB)IgM抗体的临床应用价值。方法收集356例呼吸道病毒性感染者血清和85例非呼吸道感染患者及30例健康献血员的血清标本,同时采用蛋白芯片法和ELISA法检测,进行灵敏度和特异性的比较。结果蛋白芯片法和ELISA法的阳性检出率分别为27.0%和20.8%,两种方法检测检测柯萨奇B组病毒IgM抗体的差异有统计学意义(2χ=17.3,P<0.01);85例非呼吸道感染的病毒性肝炎患者的血清,ELISA法检出阳性7例,阴性78例,特异性91.8%;蛋白芯片法检出阳性6例,阴性79例,特异性92.4%;30例健康献血员的血清,两种方法均未检出CVB-IgM抗体,特异性100.0%。结论蛋白芯片法检测柯萨奇B组病毒IgM抗体具有灵敏度高、特异性强、标本用量少的特点,值得推广应用。OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical value of protein-chip for detection of CVB-IgM antibody.METHODS A group of viral respiratory infection and non-viral respiratory infection serum specimen were detected by protein-chip and ELISA.Their sensitivity and specificity were compared.RESULTS The positive rates detected by protein-chip method and ELISA method were respectively 27.0% and 20.8%.The positive rate of protein-chip was clearly higher than ELISA(χ2=17.3,P0.005).There was no significant difference in specificity with the two methods,with respectively 91.8% and 92.4%.CONCLUSION Both protein-chip and ELISA for detection of CVB-IgM antibody show perfect specificity,while the sensitivity of protein-chip is better than that of ELISA,and the interference factor less,thus is more likely to obtain stable and reliable results.
