乡镇卫生院电热立式高压蒸汽灭菌器使用存在问题与整改效果

摘　　要：目的确保乡镇卫生院无菌物品的灭菌质量,保障医疗安全。方法以现场走访与下发书面调查表相结合方式,对当地10所公立乡镇卫生院,共11个执业点的11台电热蒸汽灭菌器使用情况进行调查。结果灭菌器操作者90.91%无证上岗,灭菌器100.00%由非专业人员调试安装,有27.27%的灭菌器重要配件未安装;有72.73%的灭菌器操作说明书遗失,有72.73%操作流程未在墙上公示,有54.54%日常使用监测项目不全,有81.81%的灭菌器出潮湿包;经整治,在短期内使辖区内的乡镇卫生院灭菌器正常运行,其中消毒员上岗培训合格率、灭菌器漏装配件补装率、操作流程在墙上公示率、日常使用监测项目齐全率均达100.00%,湿包解决率达81.81%。结论卫生行政部门重视医疗质量管理,并支持质控中心定期举行督查指导培训活动,能促进医疗机构正确使用灭菌器,推动感染管理工作,确保医疗安全。OBJECTIVE To ensure the quality of sterilization and medical safety in township hospitals.METHODS By on-site visits and questionarr survey method on the local 10 public township hospitals,a total of 11 points in 11 sets of practice electric steam sterilizer were to investigated.RESULTS Sterilizer operator 90.91% undocumented induction;sterilization 100.00% debug installed by non-professionals,with 27.27% of the sterilizer important parts not installed;with 72.73% lost sterilizer operating instructions,with 72.73% operating procedures are not on the wall,with 54.54% incomplete monitoring items for daily use,with 81.81%,a wet bag sterilizer,dry 18.18%.The regulation,in the short term within the jurisdiction of the normal operation of township hospitals sterilization,which sterilization rate of training of qualified staff posts,fill assembly sterilizer loading rate of leakage,the operation flow rate on the wall,the daily rate to use to monitor the project is complete Up 100.00%,wet package solution rate of 81.81%.CONCLUSION Health administrative departments to enhance medical quality management and quality control centers to support training activities in regular supervision and guidance,medical institutions can promote the proper use of sterilization to promote infection control to ensure medical safety.
